Infinite Black Wall Hacker

One of the most fun netrunner builds I've found on YouTube. Build by **T7 PDM** on YouTube. The core trick: **Borrow Time** (Tech) gives you a free health item every time you get a kill at low health. **Biomonitor** consumes it instantly, triggering **Reflex Tuner** which slows time. That gives you a window to land another kill, re-trigger Borrow Time, and spread Black Wall indefinitely. The **Pozhar x-MOD2** with Nailmod guarantees massive kills with a single pellet to the limbs — constantly recharging Overclock. No Synapse Burnout. No limit.
